About a decade later, the Round Rock location opened on Gattis School Road.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant and coffee shop offers a wide variety of breakfast items served all day, including tacos, pancakes and omelets. In addition to breakfast, the menu includes salads, burgers and specialty coffee beverages.<\/p>\n<p>About the owner <\/p>\n<p>Founder Matt Lacey has since retired and the restaurant is now under ownership of the Siade family, which marked the 30th anniversary Jan. 11. Under new ownership, Caf\u00e9 Java <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/cedar-park-far-northwest-austin\/business\/2026\/01\/13\/cafe-java-now-open-to-customers-in-the-far-northwest-austin-cedar-park-area\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">expanded to open a Cedar Park location<\/a> in January.<\/p>\n<p>11900 Metric Blvd., Ste.
