\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCAVA, a Mediterranean-inspired, fast-casual restaurant chain, has officially opened in Northeast San Antonio.<\/p>\n

The latest update<\/p>\n

CAVA opened at 18406 N. I-35 frontage road, Ste. 300, within the new Schertz Station development, on Feb. 25.<\/p>\n

Louie Lovejoy, the regional director for CAVA, said their mission is to bring heart, health and humanity to food.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe couldn\u2019t be more thrilled to be in Schertz Station and grow our presence in the area,” Lovejoy said in a news release.<\/p>\n

On the menu<\/p>\n

CAVA serves “build-your-own” bowls and pita wraps topped with Greek-inspired items like tzatziki, harissa and various dressings, according to the menu.<\/p>\n
