EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 A 77-year-old man was arrested and accused of stealing an ATV in September in far east El Paso.<\/p>\n

Deputies arrested Daiv Kawika Sundown.<\/p>\n

The incident happened on September 11 at the 4000 block of O\u2019Leary regarding a reported stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV).<\/p>\n

During the investigation, deputies located the stolen ATV at a property in the 15000 block of Hope Road. <\/p>\n

Through the course of their investigation, detectives identified Sundown as the suspect responsible for the theft, and an arrest warrant was obtained.<\/p>\n

On October 9, detectives located and arrested Sundown without incident. <\/p>\n

He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on one count of Theft of Property under $2,500, with bond set at $5,000.<\/p>\n
