We\u2019ve drilled down on tacos and burritos before, but here\u2019s the whole enchilada when it comes to, well\u2026 enchiladas.<\/p>\n
Finding the best enchiladas in Lubbock<\/a> isn\u2019t easy. Yelp was no help \u2014 most folks rate the entire plate instead of the enchiladas themselves. Personally, I\u2019m pretty simple. I\u2019ve loved \u201cThe Mexican Flag\u201d from the various incarnations of the Caboose for decades. And if I\u2019m in a hurry? Rosa\u2019s sour cream chicken enchiladas never disappoint.
