Friday marks the final day Austin-area voters can vote early<\/a> in person in the Texas primary elections<\/a>, which feature both state and local races.<\/a><\/p>\n Need to know where and how to vote, and what’s on the ballot? Jasmine Crockett<\/a> and state Rep. James Talarico’s head-to-head challenge<\/a> has drawn significant buzz, as has the GOP heavyweight showdown on the other side<\/a> of the aisle featuring incumbent U.S. Senator John Cornyn, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and U.S. Rep. Wesley Hunt.<\/p>\n Article continues below this ad<\/p>\n At the local level, Travis County will have two Democratic primaries for commissioners, Williamson County will have one Republican commissioner primary and Bastrop County will have one Republican and one Democratic county judge primary.\u00a0<\/p>\n When does in-person early voting end?<\/p>\n Polls are typically open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but these hours may vary by location and day of the week.
