Di Di Coffee is a coffee shop located inside I Know The Owner, a local bar and restaurant in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Di Di\u2014which means \u201clet\u2019s go\u201d in Vietnamese\u2014was started by Melinda Ha, Victoir Nguyen, Pak Tsui and Houston Hotspots blogger Marissa Fiala.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s on the menu<\/p>\n<p>The coffee shop will serve croffles, a croissant-waffle hybrid that they describe as \u201ccrisp on the outside and fluffy and flaky on the inside.\u201d Flavors include:<\/p>\n<p>Banana bruleePistachio matchaStrawberryUbe cookies and cream<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"D i Di Coffee will sell croffles, a croissant-waffle hybrid.
