The cook-off serves as a fundraiser, with all proceeds going to the East Texas Treatment Center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cOh, it\u2019s great, because I\u2019ll see a lot of people that I know were born and raised here. And we see people here, and some people I haven\u2019t seen all year.
