The development, dubbed the Monclaire Hotel and Residences, will include 65 hotel rooms and suites as well as private residences, restaurants and retail.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Dallas City Council on Feb. 25 approved modified development standards for the high-rise project. The amended design standards include increasing the maximum height to 350 feet and offering 128 off-street parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Residential units will occupy the top 10 floors of the tower. The bottom levels will house the restaurant and retail spaces, with the remaining floors dedicated to the hotel.
