A spokesperson did not immediately respond to a question about those plans. <\/p>\n<p>Talarico will face the winner of the <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/texas-republicans-senate-runoff-cornyn-paxton-263f058c839e8ef8c6c374804d6875ce\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Republican runoff<\/a>, either Sen.
