Alabama St. in Houston\u2019s River Oaks neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Plans include 31 residences including three penthouses, plus a slate of amenities including a 15-court indoor pickleball facility, spa with hydrotherapy and meditation rooms, yoga studio, pool, mahjong parlor, garden and resident lounge.<\/p>\n<p>Each residence will also feature personal <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/2025\/10\/21\/zillow-top-home-trends-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">wellness amenities<\/a> like a sauna, steam shower and red-light therapy. Penthouses additionally include wellness suites with full red-light therapy beds and hot-and-cold contrast therapy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAce &amp; Ivy was founded on the belief that your home should help you live well,\u201d Everlight CEO Winson Ho said in a press release. \u201cI\u2019m excited for residents to experience what happens when wellbeing is part of their everyday environment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ho added that the developers were inspired by Blue Zone research, which emphasizes activity, purpose and social connection.<\/p>\n<p>Pricing starts at $2.8 million. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elliman.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Douglas Elliman<\/a> Development Marketing is serving as the exclusive sales and marketing team for the project, with <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/slideshows\/10-most-expensive-homes-sold-greater-houston-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Mark Menendez<\/a> serving as sales director.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHouston\u2019s luxury buyer has evolved significantly over the past several years,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/2025\/10\/07\/douglas-elliman-sales-st-regis-residences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Catherine Lee<\/a>, president of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing in Texas. \u201cToday\u2019s purchasers prioritize daily lifestyle and longevity as much as traditional luxury finishes.
