That\u2019s below the close of $1.51 on Tuesday and puts the price tag at less than $30 million, based on the number of outstanding shares listed at the end of the quarter ended Dec. 31. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The stock was trading at $1.24 around 1:40 p.m. Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Farmer Brothers had already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/local-companies\/2023\/06\/07\/northlake-coffee-maker-to-sell-facility-for-100-million-move-production-to-oregon\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">slimmed down<\/a> before this move, selling off its Northlake coffee facility for roughly $100 million in 2023.
