<\/a>Juan Quiroz sadly died in a hit-and-run accident with a tractor-trailer on Tuesday in Plano.<\/p>\n\nAccording to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Juan Quiroz was driving a Honda Civic that was struck by an 18-wheeler that made an unsafe lane change at about 6:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the tollway near Spring Creek Parkway. The force of the collision caused Quiroz\u2019s car to crash into a concrete wall and flip.<\/p>\n
\nSadly, Quiroz died at the scene. The DPS said that the driver of the big rig fled the scene after the accident. Investigators are searching for the driver of the semi-truck.<\/p>\n
