This development reflects confidence in the city’s long-term trajectory and its ability to shine on a global stage.”

A closer look

As for the interior, internationally recognized architect and designer Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio said at a March 2 media preview event she is designing the space based on Houston’s layered identity.

At the event, Rottet said she is inspired by the city’s greenery and will be incorporating elements like Houston’s live oaks to make guests feel as though they are surrounded by trees and at home.

The building will also include a mail room with green lacquer, a conservatory and a library, Rottet said.

<img decoding="async" alt="The development features a $5 million sales gallery where buyers can view the types of design elements of the private residences for sale.
