It isn\u2019t truly free agency season until the Dallas Cowboys are connected to one of the biggest players who could be on the move. On Thursday morning, the Chicago Bears dealt wide receiver DJ Moore to the Buffalo Bills. This is an interesting deal across the rest of the league, but it hardly involves the Dallas Cowboys directly.<\/p>\n
Where this situation may impact Dallas is with regards to what Chicago may do next. The Bears received a second-round pick in exchange for Moore (they also lost a fifth-rounder for full context) which gives them more ammunition to make other trades.<\/p>\n

The Cowboys have been linked to Maxx Crosby<\/p>\n
Adam Schefter was speaking on the Pat McAfee Show on Thursday about the Moore trade and was asked where it leaves the Bears as potential Maxx Crosby suitors.<\/p>\n
Schefter noted that several teams have checked in on Crosby. He included the Bears on that list, he named the Bills as well although noted that the Moore trade sort of makes it hard for them, and he also noted that the Dallas Cowboys have checked in on Crosby.<\/p>\n
This should come as a shock to no one. Dallas was heavily linked<\/a> to Crosby back in October before the trade deadline on multiple<\/a> occasions, but they obviously wound up dealing for Quinnen Williams.<\/p>\n
