\"Several<\/p>\n

On February 19, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center<\/a> (TTUHSC) honored recipients at the University Awards, which held a significant change
\n in 2026 by combining the annual recognition ceremonies for the first time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

President Lori Rice-Spearman, Ph.D., hosted the University Awards alongside the Office of People and Values<\/a>. These awards recognize individual and collaborative efforts of TTUHSC team members
\n who exemplify the university\u2019s mission, vision and values.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The faculty and team members at TTUHSC have worked together to positively impact the
\n future of health for decades, driving progress and redefining excellence in education,
\n research, service and patient care. The creation of a new, combined recognition program
\n reflects the university\u2019s commitment to strengthening the health care workforce and
\n celebrates those who embody the very best of TTUHSC.<\/p>\n
