The approved replat will accommodate 8-foot-wide sidewalks for the multifamily development, as well as dedicate Oncor easements and water easements for water meters.<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Projects\/TABS2025022864\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">filing<\/a> with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the multifamily development will be JLB West Cityline.
