After receiving multiple complaints that both Austin ISD and Austin High have repeatedly allowed a biological male to use girls’ restrooms and locker rooms, Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office has sent a notice to the district advising them they are in direct violation of Senate Bill 8- the Women’s Privacy Act. The notice is the initial step before filing a lawsuit. The district has 15 days to cure the violations of the law. <\/p>\n
