Yetter Coleman will occupy 43,906 square feet at JPMorgan Chase Tower, nearly doubling its current 24,494-square-foot office space.<\/p>\n

HOUSTON \u2014 Houston-based boutique law firm Yetter Coleman LLP is relocating its headquarters within downtown.<\/p>\n

Yetter Coleman signed a lease for two floors in JPMorgan Chase Tower at 600 Travis St. downtown, the firm said March 2. The law firm is currently based at 811 Main St. and expects to move later this spring.<\/p>\n

Yetter Coleman will occupy 43,906 square feet at JPMorgan Chase Tower, nearly doubling its current 24,494-square-foot office space. Yetter Coleman first moved to 811 Main in 2018<\/a> when it left its previous office at 2 Houston Center.<\/p>\n

The law firm worked with CBRE<\/a> to secure the new space.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are in a period of success and growth at Yetter Coleman, and we require additional space to accommodate our needs, both now and in the future,\u201d Partner Jim Zucker said in the news release.<\/p>\n
