Montoya failed to appear at a court hearing \u201cdisregarding the court\u2019s child support orders,\u201d according to the Constable\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"Fernando Montoya. He was located at the 15000 block of Pumice and booked into the El Paso County jail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">On Friday, March 6, deputies received information of an active warrant for failing to pay child support with a $2,500 bond for 43-year-old Carlos Luis Ochoa. The Constable\u2019s Office stated that Ochoa also failed to appear at a court hearing, disregarding the court\u2019s child support orders.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"Carlos Luis Ochoa. He was located on the 8200 block of San Jose and booked into the county jail without further incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cConstable Bernal recognizes that these types of warrants are often overlooked by law enforcement agencies. Constable Bernal would like to remind the community that his deputies will vigilantly be executing criminal non-support warrants, looking for offenders,\u201d according to the Constable\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Tips can be submitted to (915) 566-8477 or online at Crime Stoppers of El Paso\u2019s website.
