Taylor Sheridan\u2019s North Texas ranch is home to many equestrian events, but it\u2019s also a meeting place for the stars.<\/p>\n

Town & Country recently reported<\/a> that Sheridan invited Michelle Pfeiffer to his Bosque Ranch in Weatherford<\/a> to discuss her role in \u201cThe Madison.\u201d The six-episode Paramount+ series premieres three episodes on March 14 and three more on March 21.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Madison\u201d<\/a> is described as a \u201cheartfelt study of grief and human connection following a New York City family (the Clyburns) in the Madison River valley of central Montana.\u201d<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a look at that North Texas meeting of the minds.<\/p>\n

Michelle Pfeiffer visits North Texas ranch<\/p>\n

Sheridan contacted Pfeiffer about meeting with her for the project.<\/p>\n

Pfeiffer told Town & Country that she didn\u2019t know what to expect, since normally a producer will send over a script to begin a conversation about a new show.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere wasn\u2019t anything to read. So he said, \u2018Come visit me in Texas and I will tell you the story,\u2019\u201d Pfeiffer said.<\/p>\n

Pfeiffer did just that and learned the full scope of Sheridan\u2019s vision at his ranch, which had an impact on her.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am a city mouse for sure,\u201d Pfeiffer said. \u201cSo I was really surprised by the visceral reaction that I had, and how moved I was.\u201d<\/p>\n

A few Sheridan-produced shows have filmed at Bosque Ranch, including \u201cYellowstone,\u201d \u201cLioness\u201d and \u201cLawmen: Bass Reeves.\u201d The venue also hosts his annual music festival Bosque Ranch Live.<\/a><\/p>\n

While \u201cThe Madison\u201d filmed primarily in Montana, the show also spent time in North Texas.<\/a><\/p>\n

The production repainted the Texas landscape to appear as The Big Apple. New York City Police Department-branded vehicles were spotted on the streets of Dallas, and extras were needed in Fort Worth for a scene at New York City\u2019s Museum of Modern Art.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Madison\u201d has already been renewed for a second season, which was filmed last year.<\/p>\n

In addition to Pfeiffer, \u201cThe Madison\u201d stars Kurt Russell, Patrick J. Adams, Matthew Fox, Elle Chapman, Beau Garrett, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova, Kevin Zegers and Will Arnett.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Madison\u201d premieres March 14 on Paramount+.<\/p>\n
