Applications are open through March 20 for the open Place 6 seat on the Keller ISD board.<\/p>\n

Keller trustees on Feb. 25 approved the process<\/a> for appointing a new trustee to the board.<\/p>\n

\u201cFollowing the closure of the application period, the trustees will review the applications, conduct interviews with selected individuals, and consider appointing one of the candidates to the Place 6 seat,\u201d a district spokesperson said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The appointee will serve until the November 2026 election, \u201cat which time, a special election will be held to fill the unexpired term for Place 6, which expires in November 2027,\u201d the district said.<\/p>\n

The district will accept applications until 5 p.m. March 20.<\/p>\n

Charles Randklev vacated the Place 6 seat and is running for Keller City Council.<\/p>\n
