After a weekend full of threats of severe storms<\/a> and tornadoes, the North Texas region is headed into a sunny, clear Sunday.<\/p>\n

Sunday could bring day temperatures topping out at 72 degrees, accompanied by a gentle breeze, according to the National Weather<\/a> Service\u2019s Fort Worth office. <\/p>\n

The evening might bring some cloud cover with temperatures bottoming out near 59 degrees. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. <\/p>\n

Sunday also marks the beginning of Daylight Saving Time<\/a> with North Texans losing one hour. This time change is expected to continue for 34 weeks until Nov. 1. <\/p>\n

Showers and storms are in the forecast for parts of the coming week, especially Tuesday. Isolated storms and supercells could bring large hail, damaging winds, tornadoes and flooding. <\/p>\n
