(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.klfy.com\/tag\/klfy\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:KLFY;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">KLFY<\/a>) \u2014 A Houston man has been arrested following a shooting early Sunday morning in Lafayette that left one person hospitalized.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Demontre Robertson, 35, of Houston, Texas is charged with one count of attempted second-degree murder and one count of illegal use of weapons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officers responded around 3:30 a.m. on March 8 to the 100 block of Staten Street to a shooting in progress, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The victim is currently listed in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a href=\"#sailthru-signup-widget\" data-ylk=\"slk:Close;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Close<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Thanks for signing up!<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Watch for us in your inbox.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Subscribe Now<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">When officers arrived, they located one victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
