That was according to data compiled by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.har.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Houston Association of Realtors<\/a>, which each month publishes a report on the 10 most expensive new listings in the state.<\/p>\n<p>DFW took six of the spots on the list, which ranked properties that hit the market between Jan. 28 and Feb. 25. The report of course does not cover private listings, which are common in luxury realty, but it&#8217;s always an interesting look into the trends shaping the very top of the market. Locally, listing data came from North Texas Real Estate Information Systems.<\/p>\n<p>The home at 3648 Stratford Ave. went up for sale in early February with an asking price of $16.4 million. The new build spans nearly 11,000 square feet of untouched white oak and freshly painted walls across three floors. The home has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.
