LUBBOCK, Texas (TTU) – One of the most dynamic players in the nation throughout the season, Texas Tech sophomore guard Christian Anderson has been honored by being named to the All-Big 12 First Team and Big 12 Most Improved Player. The 2026 Phillips 66 All-Big 12 men’s basketball awards were voted on by the league’s head coaches.

Anderson established a new Texas Tech single-season record with 233 assists in the regular season along with averaging 19.2 points per game and making 103 3-pointers.
