Texas Facilities Commission Pflugerville State Office Building<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A four-story, 100,000-square-foot site featuring a conferencing center, flexible work suites and offices will house two state agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 3809 Balaton Blvd., Bldg. 1, PflugervilleEstimated timeline: March 15-Sept. 15, 2027Estimated cost: $40 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026014060\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2. Crescent Bluff West sections nine and 10<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The subdivision is slated to grow larger with an additional 3,384,612 square feet of single-family residential space.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 4501 W. Hwy. 29, GeorgetownEstimated timeline: Dec. 1-Aug. 31, 2027Estimated cost: $7.8 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026014088\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">3. Cash America Pawn<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A pawn shop will be rebuilt on its existing site after the previous facility was damaged in a fire.
