\n The acquisition includes all of AppsTek’s operations across the U.S., Canada, and the United Arab Emirates, “further strengthening the combined organization’s global delivery ecosystem and execution scale,” the companies said. <\/p>\n

Sage IT\u2014a Frisco-based tech services company with over two decades of experience delivering AI-driven digital transformation and enterprise modernization to organizations worldwide\u2014has acquired AppsTek Corp., a Dallas-based digital engineering services firm.<\/p>\n

The acquisition includes all of AppsTek\u2019s operations across the U.S., Canada, and the United Arab Emirates, \u201cfurther strengthening the combined organization\u2019s global delivery ecosystem and execution scale,\u201d the companies said.<\/p>\n

The acquisition will combine Sage IT\u2019s leadership in AI-led transformation, data modernization, and enterprise-scale digital programs with AppsTek\u2019s deep expertise in digital engineering services, ERP implementations, and managed services, the companies added.<\/p>\n

Sage IT CEO Sagar Pelaprolu said the acquisition demonstrates Sage\u2019s commitment to helping customers with end-to-end digital transformation, from engineering the digital core to scaling AI across the enterprise.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy bringing Sage IT and AppsTek together,\u201d he added in a statement, we\u2019re setting a higher benchmark for what enterprises should expect from a modernization partner.\u201d<\/p>\n

AppsTek will operate as a separate entity under the Sage IT umbrella, continuing under its existing brand and leadership structure. Customers will maintain their current engagement models and delivery teams while benefiting from expanded capabilities, enhanced engineering depth, and broader transformation expertise, the company said.<\/p>\n
