Here are five of the most expensive permits filed with TDLR in the past week.<\/p>\n
1. O\u2019Reilly Auto Parts<\/a> warehouse shuttle system<\/a><\/p>\n An automated storage and retrieval shuttle system is under construction for a new O\u2019Reilly Auto Parts warehouse in north Fort Worth<\/a>, according to a recent TDLR filing. The shuttle system will include three separate rack structures and a mezzanine with a catwalk. Construction is estimated to take a little under two years.<\/p>\n Location: 1200 Intermodal Parkway, Fort WorthEstimated timeline: March 30, 2026-Feb. 28, 2028Estimated cost: $50 million2. Retail pavilion<\/a> at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa<\/a><\/p>\n A new retail pavilion will be constructed within an existing retail district at the Omni PGA resort and spa in Frisco, according to a recent TDLR filing. The resort had its grand opening in 2023, per previous reporting<\/a>. The 15,200-square-foot development is estimated to take less than a year to complete.<\/p>\n Location: 3255 PGA Parkway, FriscoEstimated timeline: June 1, 2026-March 1, 2027Estimated cost: $7.5 million3. 121 Commerce Park buildings A<\/a> and B<\/a><\/p>\n Two new shell warehouse buildings will be constructed in McKinney for speculative office space, according to a recent TDLR filing. The two buildings will be on a 42-acre site at the northwest corner of Tina Drive and SH 121, per previous reporting<\/a>. Construction is estimated to take a little more than a year.<\/p>\n Location: 4920 Tina Drive, McKinneyEstimated timeline: May 1, 2026-June 1, 2027Estimated cost: $14 million and $15 million4. The Overlook Southlake<\/a><\/p>\n A new two-story office building will be under construction off Carroll Avenue, according to a recent TDLR filing. The office building is part of a mixed-use development approved by Southlake City Council in 2024, per previous reporting<\/a>. Travis Franks, co-founder and CEO of WillowTree Custom Homes<\/a>, said home construction is planned behind the office building, including 14 villas and six estates. Construction for the office is estimated to take a little more than a year.<\/p>\n Location: 240 N. Carroll Ave., SouthlakeEstimated timeline: June 30, 2026-Sept. 2Estimated cost: $7 million5. Bank of America in Northlake<\/a><\/p>\n A new bank will be constructed along FM 407 with stucco and masonry exterior and a covered drive-up ATM service, according to a recent TDLR filing. The new Bank of America<\/a> location will be located near Harvest Town Center<\/a> in Argyle.
