The development is set to bring hundreds of single- and multifamily homes to the Westinghouse Road corridor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>How we got here<\/p>\n<p>The city of Georgetown first <a href=\"https:\/\/legistarweb-production.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/attachment\/pdf\/1593661\/2022-2-PUD_Development_Plan_Draft_3.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">approved<\/a> the project in 2022, when it was proposed by developer Blackburn Communities. The development plan for this project includes urban streetscapes, parks, trails and other outdoor amenities.<\/p>\n<p>What else<\/p>\n<p>Houston-based Criss Cross Commercial Group announced the purchase of commercial property for the project late 2025 with the intent to break ground in early 2026. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crisscrosscg.com\/properties\/market-at-1460\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Market at 1460<\/a> is the commercial aspect of the project.
