It looks like Southlake Town Square<\/a> is set to get a Reformation women\u2019s clothing store this fall.<\/p>\n According to a filing<\/a> with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, the Los Angeles-based sustainable fashion brand is opening its first boutique in Tarrant County. Dallas has two stores \u2014 at NorthPark and Knox-Henderson \u2014 as do Houston and Austin.<\/p>\n Reformation<\/a>, which channels vintage-inspired clothing that is feminine and old worldly, will be moving into a 2,000-square-foot space at 213 Grand Ave. East, according to the state filing. That is the current location of Peloton<\/a>, which has been closing larger-format stores around the country.<\/p>\n Renovations for Reformation are expected to start in June and take about three months.<\/p>\n Reformation has gained popularity recently with its partnership with Dallas influencer Nara Smith<\/a> on the Ref x Nara Smith collaboration. Smith is a South African-born German model who lived in Dallas with her husband Lucky Smith, an American model, and their kids before they moved out of state.<\/p>\n Southlake Town Square is one of the premier shopping destinations in northeast Tarrant County, with 130 acres of mixed-use space. The outdoor complex has seen several new tenants<\/a> announced or opening, including Crate & Barrel, Ascension Coffee Roastery, Rothy\u2019s and Swarovski.<\/p>\n
