Armstrong Elementary School. In a list spanning late January and most of February, the Stratford Avenue home made the list with a listing price of $16,475,000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Three Houston homes were more expensive, leaving the Highland Park home fourth in the monthly ranking. O\u2019Neil served as the president and general manager of KXAS-TV, Dallas-Fort Worth\u2019s NBC affiliate, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/obits.dallasnews.com\/us\/obituaries\/dallasmorningnews\/name\/frank-o-neil-obituary?id=24811797\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">his obituary<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">He was also vice president of LIN Broadcasting, a media company that operated channel five before it became NBC 5 when the national broadcaster bought the station in 1998, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcdfw.com\/about-nbc-5\/about-us-nbc-5-dallas-fort-worth\/3927100\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the station\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">O\u2019Neil had a 25-year career at the station and held a variety of sales and station management positions. He retired in 1991 and died in 2008 at age 64 with cancer, according to the obituary. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">O\u2019Neil owned the home on Stratford Avenue until 2004, according to the appraisal district.
