The latest example can be seen at a site in southeast Plano, nestled in a quiet area surrounded by both industrial buildings and neighborhood homes.<\/p>\n<p>Aligned Data Centers LLC is hard at work on advanced stages of construction for the 425,000-square-foot, two-story building at 601 N. Star Road. The company plans to wrap up the initial buildout in the second quarter.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s being developed in phases for Lambda Inc.,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/dallas\/news\/2025\/05\/07\/lambda-nvidia-aligned-data-center-plano-ai-cushman.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a cloud-computing company backed by Nvidia<\/a>.
