The average price per square foot also declined from $210 to $200.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/visualisation\/28009224\/thumbnail\" width=\"100%\" alt=\"visualization\"\/>While prices declined slightly, the time homes spent on the market increased in all four Round Rock ZIP codes.
