The median price of the homes sold were also lower than last year, dropping from a little over $409,000 to close to $395,000 in February.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1773347048_452_thumbnail.jpeg\" width=\"100%\" alt=\"visualization\"\/>In Hutto, home sales dropped slightly from 84 to 79 in February, when the median price also rose slightly. Prices rose from around $335,000 to just under $340,000.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1773347049_917_thumbnail.jpeg\" width=\"100%\" alt=\"visualization\"\/>The median number of days homes spent on the market increased in both cities.
