The project includes an interior finish-out of a 1,490-square-foot building, costing an estimated $178,800.<\/p>\n<p>The context<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion, the spa would join other newly opened businesses in the immediate area, including <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/cedar-park-far-northwest-austin\/development\/2025\/08\/01\/the-yard-gym-to-offer-training-in-cedar-park\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Yard Gym<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/cedar-park-far-northwest-austin\/business\/2025\/11\/20\/drizzles-ice-cream-opening-in-cedar-park-this-december\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Drizzles Ice Cream<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/cedar-park\/business\/2026\/01\/29\/cedar-reserve-liquor-co-is-now-open-in-cedar-park\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cedar Reserve Liquor Co<\/a>.\u2014which all opened in late 2025.<\/p>\n<p>12301 W.
