The announcement comes three months after Pogue Construction <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/mckinney\/business\/2025\/12\/11\/mckinney-based-pogue-construction-becomes-employee-owned\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">transitioned to an employee-owned structure in 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>During his time as president, Morelli has led expansion of Pogue Construction\u2019s team and operations. Annual revenue increased from $570 million in 2022 to $1.5 billion in 2025, according to the news release. Former CEO Ben Pogue will retain his title as company chairman, a media representative confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Pogue Construction, founded in 1979, offers a variety of design, engineering and construction services for projects across Texas.
