Highs in Corpus Christi, Kingsville, and Alice could reach the mid to upper 90s Sunday, with some inland locations approaching 99\u00b0F during the afternoon heat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalurbanmetropolis.com\/products\/he-looks-extra-orange-lately-i-mens-premium-short-sleeve-tee?variant=51240675213610\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Photo-Mar-12-2026-3-20-05-PM-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"469\" height=\"469\"\/><\/p>\n<p><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The warm conditions will peak Sunday before a cold front arrives late Sunday night into early Monday morning, quickly shifting winds and bringing a sharp drop in temperatures.<\/p>\n<p>Behind the front, Monday will feel dramatically cooler across the region. High temperatures are expected to fall into the 60s across much of South Texas, a drop of more than 30 degrees compared to Sunday\u2019s peak heat. Winds will also increase across the Coastal Bend, producing breezy to windy conditions throughout Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Communities including Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, Rockport, and Victoria could experience gusty winds through the afternoon, particularly along coastal highways and bridges where crosswinds may affect drivers.<\/p>\n<p>Conditions should stabilize by Tuesday as temperatures gradually recover into the mid-60s to mid-70s, followed by warmer weather returning by midweek.<\/p>\n<p>Five Day Forecast for Corpus Christi, Texas<br \/>Saturday: Sunny.
