“So, you know, we wanted to bring modern Mexican cuisine while staying true to the traditional ingredients that have been passed down through generations, but put a modern twist on them. We\u2019ve been open since 2017. We\u2019re a gluten-free restaurant and now also seed-oil free. That\u2019s who we are, along with our sister restaurant, Boulevard, over at the Arboretum. We focus mostly on our corn \u2014 we go out every morning to get fresh corn, make our masa in-house, and make sure it\u2019s perfect. From the very beginning, it\u2019s all about making sure everything is done right.”<\/p>\n
