During the hearing, the case was re-set, with no major developments reported.<\/p>\n<p>Yeager is accused of driving under the influence and fatally striking a motorcyclist, 30-year-old Andrew Magill, in December 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Authorities responded to the crash on Saratoga around 10 p.m., that night finding Magill with severe injuries.
