\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFrom a retail project to a new gas station and more, here are five of the most expensive projects filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a> in the Austin metro this week.<\/p>\n

1. Shops at Park Place<\/a><\/p>\n

Hunington Properties will build two retail building shells totaling 20,059 square feet.<\/p>\n

Location: 18401 E. Hwy. 290, ElginEstimated timeline: June 15-Dec. 21Estimated cost: $4 million2. Star Mart<\/a><\/p>\n

Austin-based Star Mart will build a 5,800-square-foot gas station in Leander.<\/p>\n

Location: 1646 N. Bagdad Road, LeanderEstimated timeline: April 27-Feb. 22, 2027Estimated cost: $2.3 million3. Plaza at Hero Way shell building<\/a><\/p>\n

A 10,250-square-foot retail project is planned along the ever-growing Hero Way corridor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Location: 12501 Hero Way West, LeanderEstimated timeline: May 1-Dec. 31Estimated cost: $2 million4. Willows at Leander Memory Care<\/a><\/p>\n

Willows at Leander will add a 16-bed memory care building totaling approximately 10,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

Location: 801 Leander Drive, LeanderEstimated timeline: July 1-April 30, 2027Estimated cost: $1.8 million5. Silver Creek Expansion<\/a><\/p>\n

ZMT Crystal, a limited liability company, will construct a roughly 4,556-square-foot office building.<\/p>\n

Location: 4103 W. Parmer Lane, AustinEstimated timeline: May 15-March 15, 2027Estimated cost: $1 million<\/p>\n
