Investigators say he then met with families and collected about $3,000 for representation.<\/p>\n<p data-uri=\"www.audacy.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmmwe196w002c357x7nmzhlgv@published\" data-editable=\"text\" class=\"paragraph paragraph--station\">Authorities determined Davis is not a licensed attorney. He was arrested after a warrant was issued.<\/p>\n<p data-uri=\"www.audacy.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmmwe1992002d357xxl50w776@published\" data-editable=\"text\" class=\"paragraph paragraph--station\">The investigation is ongoing, and officials believe there may be additional victims.
