Police say the victim was alert enough to tell police the shooting had taken place in a nearby alley.<\/p>\n<p>There is no word on the teen\u2019s condition as of Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>More about:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Emergency flashing lights on a police vehicle.
