Lubbock was selected due to its strategic location and logistical advantages, enabling efficient service across the region.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are looking forward to establishing our newest distribution center in Lubbock, and we are grateful to Mayor McBrayer, the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance, and all of our Lubbock community partners who have welcomed us and worked tirelessly to make this happen,\u201d said Dan Marques, Senior Director for Chick-fil-A Supply Operations. \u201cLubbock provides access to quality talent and strategic advantages that allow us to better serve the needs of our Owner-Operators and Restaurants in the region, and we are excited about our investment into this community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new facility is expected to be located near Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport, positioning it strategically for transportation and logistics. The development reflects the company\u2019s continued expansion of its distribution network and commitment to strengthening its infrastructure to meet increasing demand for its growing restaurant footprint.<\/p>\n<p>Jobs created at the facility, with an average wage of approximately $60,000 annually over the next ten years, will span a variety of roles, including warehouse operations, logistics, and transportation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to welcome Chick-fil-A Supply to Lubbock,\u201d said Mayor Mark McBrayer. \u201cTheir commitment to community and strong company values align well with the values we prioritize as a city.
