San Antonio\u2019s third and latest \u201cNo Kings\u201d mass protest against the Trump administration will take place Saturday, March 28, at downtown\u2019s Travis Park, according to organizers. <\/p>\n

The rally and march is organized by 50501 SATX in conjunction with TX-23 Indivisible and sponsored by more than 20 other organizations. Previous \u201cNo Kings\u201d rallies have drawn as many as 10,000 people into the streets of San Antonio to protest against the White House\u2019s authoritarian agenda. <\/p>\n

The second Trump presidency has unleashed unprecedented attacks on free speech and on the rights and dignity of immigrants, 50501 SATX head Alex Svehla said in an emailed statement. Organizers also are protesting the economic damage of the administration\u2019s tariffs, its layoffs of federal workers and its escalating war in the Middle East. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a chance for everyone to unite under one cause and show the power of our voice,\u201d Svehla said. <\/p>\n

The demonstration will begin at Travis Park, 301 E. Travis St., with speakers and educators discussing methods of resistance. The park also will host live entertainment along with informational tables for a variety of groups resisting the Trump agenda.<\/p>\n

A peaceful march through downtown San Antonio will follow. <\/p>\n
