{"id":211847,"date":"2026-03-19T19:49:12","date_gmt":"2026-03-19T19:49:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/211847\/"},"modified":"2026-03-19T19:49:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-19T19:49:12","slug":"apertivo-wine-bar-aperi-at-paggi-house-opens-at-the-loren-hotel-austin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/211847\/","title":{"rendered":"Apertivo wine bar Aper\u00ed at Paggi House opens at The Loren Hotel Austin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelorenhotels.com\/austin\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Loren Hotel Austin<\/a> opened a new bar at the historic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelorenhotels.com\/austin\/gatherings\/paggi-house\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Paggi House<\/a> art gallery and event space in late March.<\/p>\n<p>Aper\u00ed at Paggi House serves wine and small bites, offering a pre-dinner aperitivo hour.<\/p>\n<p>On the menu<\/p>\n<p>The bar serves more than 40 bottles of red, white, rose and sparkling wines ranging from $30 to $350.<\/p>\n<p>Patrons can build their own charcuterie boards, including Italian meats and cheeses as well as piparra peppers, marinated olives and Marcona almonds. Additionally, the menu features a jam\u00f3n sandwich, caprese sandwich and croissant with butter.<\/p>\n<p>Also of note<\/p>\n<p>The business is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Sunday on the Paggi House patio.
