The suites can be combined for 11,063 SF of contiguous space.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The renovated facade and Class-A finishes throughout are designed to appeal to tenants seeking efficient, design-forward space, and the building offers signage opportunities along Montrose Boulevard, according to the release.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a class=\"tag tag-43333\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bisnow.com\/tags\/braun-enterprises\" target=\"_blank\" data-tag-id=\"43333\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Braun Enterprises<\/a>, a Houston\u2011based commercial real estate firm specializing in the redevelopment and repositioning of well\u2011located Texas assets, owns the property and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/streamrealty.com\/stream-realty-partners-awarded-leasing-assignment-for-2120-montrose-office-property-in-houston\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">tapped Stream for leasing services<\/a> in July.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c2120 Montrose offers tenants a unique blend of location, visibility, and upscale design,\u201d Stream Vice President Adam Ross said at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s the perfect fit for companies that want to be somewhere with character, immersed in Houston\u2019s cultural core with the convenience and quality that modern office users demand.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Stream&#8217;s Parker Noble and Ross\u00a0are handling leasing for the landlord.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Braun Enterprises has acquired and redeveloped more than 4M SF of commercial real estate since 1989, with projects including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bisnow.com\/houston\/news\/deal-sheet\/this-weeks-houston-deal-sheet-redevelopment-of-mixed-use-uptown-site-completed-124909\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">53 West near The Galleria<\/a>, which now has a food hall, restaurants and coworking space.
