A financial advisor with connections to Lubbock’s Ferrum Capital pleaded guilty to wire fraud.(KCBD)<\/p>\nLUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A financial advisor who worked with Lubbock\u2019s Ferrum Capital has pleaded guilty in a San Antonio federal courtroom. <\/p>\n
Brooklynn Chandler Willy pleaded guilty Thursday to six counts of wire fraud in connection with an ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n
She also pleaded guilty to four other charges, including aggravated identity theft and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.<\/p>\n
The case is set for sentencing on Monday, Sept. 28, at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n

The indictment also named Lubbock\u2019s Joshua Allen and Michael Cox, who operated Ferrum Capital and its affiliates.<\/p>\n
Allen and Cox have pleaded not guilty. Their trial is set for August, with any potential plea agreements due by July 31.<\/p>\n
The financial advisors are also facing multiple civil lawsuits that claim they talked their investors into a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.<\/p>\n
