Previously, we saw him publicly mocking a disabled reporter. Now he has placed an indelible stamp on one of his many prejudices. An apology will never be forthcoming, and would not be enough regardless.<\/p>\n<p>Bill Waxman, Simi Valley<\/p>\n<p>..<\/p>\n<p>To the editor: Let\u2019s see if I have this right: Trump, who apparently <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/politics\/archive\/2018\/01\/americas-first-post-text-president\/549794\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">barely reads<\/a> and who neither speaks nor writes in decent English, says Gov.
