The current models are pushing it through around mid-day to early afternoon which will means highs topping out in the upper 80s to mid 90s.

High temperatures will likely break daily and even monthly records over the coming days(Dylan Smith)

Winds will ramp up behind the front, gusting to more than 30 mph at times heading into Monday morning.

UPCOMING WEATHER PATTERN – NEXT WEEK

Sundays cold front will usher in a brief respite of record temps with Monday projected to be in the mid 70s. We’ll quickly rebound to near 90 Tuesday and it’s off the races again for the middle of next week. We’re currently eyeing a possible cold front arriving late next week bringing us another chance for a respite from this record heat we’ve got the majority of the next week.

DON’T FORGET!
