Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Plano West<\/a>). They blew past the Princeton Panthers<\/a> 56-22 on Friday. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-6.<\/p>\n

Despite the loss, Princeton still got an impressive performance from Dakota Lee<\/a>, who rushed for 140 yards and one touchdown while picking up 7.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 47 receiving yards. Lee was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 57 yards.<\/p>\n

Plano West’s win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Princeton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That’s put a noticeable dent in their 5-3 record this season.<\/p>\n

Coincidentally, Plano West and Princeton will both be playing Prosper the next time they take the field. The Panthers will host the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Wolves will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on November 6.<\/p>\n
